One of Asia's best chefs has opened a restaurant in the Southern Highlands.
Michelin star-holder Bongkoch Satongun has chosen Mittagong as the site for her Australian offshoot , Paste.
Good Food reports her partner in life and business, is chef Jason Bailey who's a local.
They have a seven year old daughter and want her to grow up here.
