The business plan for the Southern Highlands Regional Gallery ‘Ngununggula’ has been adopted by the majority of Wingecarribee Councillors.
The gallery's program will include interactive projects for children and young people, professional development opportunities for aspiring artists aswell as school programs, masterclasses and social events.
Gallery Director Megan Monte says the public won't be charged an entry fee unless there are special exhibitions where an administration fee is required.
She also says they won't be taking a commission on any art works sold.
The gallery will have a strong focus on Aboriginal culture.
