Bowral orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Nick Hartnell has come up with the idea of attaching Kangaroo tendons onto the bones and joints of people who've injured themselves.
The tendons will be exported right around the world.
And of course we're the only country in the world which can harvest such an idea.
David Chuter from the Innovative Manufacturing Cooperative Research Centre has explained to 2st's Graeme Day how 3d printing will be used to create bone compatible screws that can be customised for each patient.
