The new Southern Highlands Food and Wine Association Committee has plans to make our shire the most favoured regional destination of NSW.
The committee is being lead by ex banker and ex founder and owner of Vintec Jean -Marie Simart who'll be supported by Southern Highlands Winery CEO Eddy Rossi, Julian Tertini of Tertini Wines and Centennial Wines Owner John Large.
A second advisory board will also be created with representatives from the hospitality sector.
Mr. Simart says they have plenty of ideas in the pipeline which will be announced in due course.
