Businesses across the Southern Highlands are continuing to face a number of challenges.
Many are battling staff shortages arising from workers becoming infected with covid and isolating, aswell as a drop in consumer confidence due to a surge in omicron cases.
The hospitality sector has been one of the hardest hit.
Southern Highlands Chamber Chair Steve Horton said they need more rapid antigen tests.
"We know they have them and we need to get them released,
"People need to test quickly and get back to work,"Mr. Horton said.
Maugers Meats has had to temporarily close its store in Moss Vale due to staff shortages.
Their shop in Bowral is still open.
