Residents and businesses across the Coast and Highlands are being reminded help is at hand if they're experiencing problems with their telecommunications provider.
It comes as national figures reveal complaints about landline, mobile and internet services rose more than 28 percent in the six months to December, compared with the same period a year earlier.
Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, Judi Jones, says they can assist with a range of issues, including problems with billing, customer service and faults.
"We're a free and independent complaint resolution service for residential consumers and small businesses who have an unresolved issue with their phone or internet service", Ms Jones said.
"If local residents or small businesses can't resolve a dispute with their phone or internet company, they can call us or go to www.tio.com.au ", she said.
