Sussex Inlet armed robbery investigation continues

We're being asked for our help as inquiries continue into an armed robbery at Sussex Inlet last year.

About 10.30pm on Thursday July 25 two men forced entry to the RSL on Jacobs Street.

Armed with a firearm, sledgehammers and a machete, they threatened six staff members and locked them in a room, before stealing cash and escaping.

Detectives have released a CCTV image of a man in a North Wollongong hardware store who they believe may be able to help with their inquiries.
