For the second time in three and a half weeks, Emergency Services have been called to rescue a mountain bike rider from the Kiama Coast Track.
The female rider needed assistance after suffering an injury yesterday morning.
Kiama SES volunteers and NSW Ambulance paramedics accessed the walking track through a nearby rural property and located the patient.
The SES said after she was assessed and treated, she was loaded into a mule single wheeled stretcher and transported across rough terrain to a waiting ambulance.
