Fisheries officers have seized a man's car, trailer, dive gear and jetski at Ulladulla after he was allegedly found with abalone and eastern rock lobsters far in excess of the legal limits.
NSW DPI Fisheries said officers were conducting routine compliance patrols when they came across a man, described as being a well know fisheries offender diving from a jetski.
He was apprehended and allegedly found in possession of 94 abalone which is 47 times the legal limit and six eastern rock lobsters which is three times the legal limit.
He's now awaiting a court appearance.
