Human remains have been found at Goulburn.
Around 9am on Friday, a woman made the discovery in grassland off the Hume Highway, about 200 metres south of the Windellama Road overpass.
Police were contacted and officers from The Hume Police District set up a crime scene.

Specialist officers carried out a further search of the area and found further remains
The police operation has now concluded.
As inquiries continue, detectives from The Hume Police District are working with the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad.
The remains have been sent for forensic examination to determine their identity.
