Wingecarribee Shire Council has officially taken responsibility for a new playground at Nattai Ponds in Braemar.

The playground was built by the developer as part of the Nattai Ponds subdivision Development and Planning Agreement.

Once built and checked, the playground and surrounding bushland needed to be transferred into public ownership, known as a legal “dedication” of land.
