Beecroft missile test called off

A Japanese surface to ship missile firing from the Beecroft Weapons Range has been called off.

Weather conditions affecting the target at sea are being cited by the ADF for the delay in test firing of a Type 12 missile by the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force , part of Exercise Talisman Sabre 2023.

The ADF had stated the activity schedule is subject to change, including short notice cancellation, due to variables such as air traffic control, weather and other aviation considerations.
