“Given the reconfigured road network around Pleasant Way resulting from the Nowra Bridge works and the delays in the rezoning process we have decided to sell the site as we don’t have an appetite to wait and we can pursue other development opportunities in Wodonga,” he said.

Mr Warden said, “The sale campaign will commence this week with an option to be held in approximately five to six weeks time.”

The development was at the gateway to the proposed Shoalhaven Riverfront precinct.

The initial plans for the Shoalhaven Riverfront development is due to be released for public comment by Shoalhaven Council on Tuesday 15 August 2023.
