Emergency services responded to reports of a three-vehicle crash along the Princess Highway, Tomerong, causing the road to be closed in both directions at about 2.15pm on December 19 2023.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated two of the drivers, both aged 64 , at the scene.
They were taken to Shoalhaven Hospital.
One of the drivers was taken for observation and the other driver was listed as being in a serious but stable condition.
The third driver, a man aged 37, was uninjured.
The road was reopened at about 3.10pm.
Officers from Far South Highway Patrol have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the matter.
