A new education and awareness program is being launched to help South Coast locals support loved ones who’ve experienced miscarriage or early pregnancy loss.
Figures suggest as many as 1 in 4 confirmed pregnancies end in miscarriage, with around 285 families in Australia affected every day.
Former Olympian and women’s health doctor, Jana Pittman, says the ‘Miscarriage Matters’ program provides practical advice, including for those living in regional areas.
