An Upper Hunter woman is in total shock after winning half of the record $200 million Powerball draw overnight.

The Singleton woman and her partner had been checking her numbers when her phone rang after the balls had dropped.

The newly-minted multi-millionaires answered the life-changing phone call on the first ring while lying in bed.
